MASTER
- At least 40 years old
- Holder of COC as Master Mariner issued by PRC
- Holder of certificate for minimum standards of training for Management Level Officers under the STCW '95 regulations and of related statutory certificates
Training:
- Onboard - Must have sufficient administrative training in handling ship's accounts, reporting systems and shipboard operations.
- On shore - Must have undergone training and seminars on "Leadership Courses"
- Good knowledge of various types of charter parties
- Good knowledge on various ship's trading certificates related to vessel's flag and clasification
- Must have served as Shipmaster for at least three years, one yeaer of which shall be on vessels of the same type and size where the candidate is being considered for command. Proficient in oral and written English communication
